Services

DirtPushers Construction provides site work, grading, excavation, concrete construction, drainage solutions, retention ponds, and related construction services primarily throughout Metro Atlanta, Georgia. All services are subject to written estimates, contracts, and project-specific scopes of work.

Estimates & Contracts

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change due to site conditions, material availability, permitting requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Work does not begin until a written agreement or authorization is received.

Site Conditions

Clients are responsible for disclosing known underground utilities, easements, property boundaries, and soil conditions. Unforeseen subsurface conditions may require additional work, time, or cost adjustments.

Permits & Approvals

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the property owner or client is responsible for obtaining required permits, inspections, HOA approvals, and zoning approvals. DirtPushers Construction can assist when requested but does not assume responsibility unless contractually agreed.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual contracts or invoices. Failure to make timely payments may result in work stoppage, late fees, or collection actions as permitted under Georgia law.

Warranties & Limitations

DirtPushers Construction warrants its workmanship according to the terms outlined in the project agreement. We are not responsible for failures caused by soil movement, drainage issues outside the project scope, third-party work, misuse, or natural conditions beyond our control.

Safety & Access

We prioritize jobsite safety. Clients must provide reasonable access to the work area and ensure that pets, children, and unauthorized persons are kept clear of active construction zones.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DirtPushers Construction shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services provided.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and project documentation, is the property of DirtPushers Construction and may not be used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

DirtPushers Construction reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
